Welcome to our online store! The Third Bedroom and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
We attempt to provide accurate descriptions of items and their condition on our website. Please contact us to discuss items of interest prior to ordering to assure “no surprises.” We will try to return your inquiries immediately; however, our travel schedule occasionally slows response time.
We have described this item to the best of our ability. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will be happy to accept its return in the same condition within seven (7) days of delivery.
We will describe our items with as complete an identification and report of condition as our knowledge, research and experience allows. Measurements provided are approximate but fairly accurate. If we have missed a significant problem with an item that effects its monetary value, we will take it back for a full refund of its purchase price..
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Payment can be made by PayPal and credit card via PayPal.
SALES TAX
Illinois sales tax will be added on items shipped to Illinois addresses.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Also, because many of the Collection items are uncommon and some are fragile, we customize every shipment to customer and item requirements, including “hand delivery,” when practical. Related delivery costs; e.g., packing, shipping, insurance, are determined prior to sale and added to the list price. The objective is to ship all items within seven working days of payment.
Actual postage via USPS or UPS, with insurance, will be added to your order. We do not add additional shipping or handling charges.
Smaller items can be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and are packaged in house or professionally. Larger items can be freighted anywhere in the country.
All shipping, handling and insurance is to be paid by the purchaser.
All items must be insured for the amount of purchase.
We will ship via the best and lowest cost shipper available.
RETURN POLICY
Upon receipt of a delivered item, please inspect it immediately.
If for any reason it is not satisfactory to the purchaser, please notify us within 48 hours, via phone.
Any activity to return the purchased item after the 48 hour inspection period voids the return policy. It is now at our discretion if the return of the purchased item will be accepted and or may then be subject to a 20% restocking or cancellation fees.
We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any item that it sells once in the customers use.
In case of a return, item must be returned within seven (7) working days from the date it was shipped.
There will be a full refund only if the item is returned in the same condition as originally shipped.
